Emergency Rent Assistance / Homelessness Prevention

N2N provides emergency financial assistance of up to $350 to prevent eligible Larimer County households from becoming homeless. 

Documentation N2N requires to provide assistance includes:

  • U.S. Government issued Photo ID 
  • Proof that you owe current month's rent 
  • Current lease agreement
  • One month's worth of most recent paystubs, or your most recent income verification statement. 
    Gross income must be at least two times your monthly rent.
  • A documented situation that was out of your control AND resolved that has put you behind in rent.
    Examples: temporary loss of income, car repair, one time medical expense, etc.

Please note that a N2N Housing Counselor needs to assess your application and supporting documentation before determination of approval. Please know that the counselor may request further documentation at time of intake. 

Fort Collins Emergency Rent Assistance is offered by N2N at the Murphy Center for Hope at the following times: 

  • Monday - Thursday: 9:00am-11:30am & 1:00-3:30pm

Loveland Emergency Rent Assistance is offered by N2N at the Life Center at the following times:

  • Monday - Thursday: 9:00am-11:30am & 1:00-3:30pm
