Responsibilities:

Greet clients on phone and in person
Manage paperwork associated with greeting clients
Interact with counselors to ensure clients get needed services
Other duties, as assigned, including filing, data entry, mailing, etc
Skills:

Microsoft Office
General computer skills—understanding of programs and ability to learn new ones
Good people skills—able to talk calmly to people in crisis
Phone skills
General office skills: filing, data entry, paperwork, etc.
