Administers a Rebate program for sales tax paid on food, property tax or rent paid and utilities charges.  Applicants must be over 65 or disabled and must meet income requirements.

Phone discount offered if someone in family has SSI or OAP.  $7/mo basic bill and 50% discount on installation.  Call for application.

House of Neighborly Services

Provides assistance with food, clothing, transportation, emergency motel vouchers, prescription, and utility assistance for residents of the Loveland and Berthoud.

Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)

LEAP is designed to help low-income households with winter home heating costs.  It is not intended to pay the entire cost of home heating.  Also assists with weatherization.

REACH Program

REACH provides home energy improvements at no cost to residences who meet income guidelines.  Provided through Logs Peak Energy Conservation through a partnership with Fort Collins Utilities.  All
improvements help save energy and money, and improve comfort for the residence.
