• Home Buyer Education: N2N helps first-time home buyers make informed decisions regarding the purchase of a home, including understanding and improving credit, working with lenders and realtors, and maintaining an owner-occupied home. The class is a prerequisite for local down payment assistance programs. Home Buyer Education classes are free, but require pre-registration and the purchase of materials for $5.00.
• Foreclosure Prevention Counseling: N2N provides counseling to homeowners facing mortgage default.
