Larimer County landlords and property managers can benefit by referring clients to our programs, which can help tenants stabilize, or connect new tenants with your units:

  • Emergency Rent Assistance helps eligible households facing eviction with up to $300 to prevent them from becoming homeless due to circumstances beyond their control.
  • First Month's Rent Assistance helps eligible homeless and near-homeless households to re-stabilize, with up to $450 in financial assistance toward the first month's rent (we do not provide deposit assistance) as well as budget counseling, lease review, and resource referral.
  • Rental Counseling helps connect prospective tenants with new places to live.  Landlords and property management companies are encouraged to keep Neighbor to Neighbor counselors updated about leasing specials, vacancies, or specialized units that accept Section 8, are ADA accessible, accept pets, or serve special populations.  Neighbor to Neighbor counselors keep updated lists of available units, amenities and more.  Contact us to update your information.
