Neighbor to Neighbor assists families and individuals in Larimer County, Colorado who are homeless and renting to identify, secure and maintain affordable, sustainable housing, and work toward self-sufficiency.  N2N provides FREE, confidential counseling to help people find and maintain appropriate rental housing, and identify resources to help stretch their budget and prioritize stable housing.  N2N rental counselors:

• review client budgets and provide housing search assistance based on budget and family housing needs;
• provide guidance about landlord/tenant rights & responsibilities
• provide referrals to community resources
• identify logical next steps to stabilize or resolve housing crisis
• review eligibility for N2N First Month's Rent Asistance and Emergency Rent Assistance programs
