Anthony joined Neighbor to Neighbor in August of 2005, and brings experience from AIMCO, one of the largest property management companies in the U.S.  Anthony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Plattsburg State University of New York.  He has attended housing conferences with NeighborWorks America a national housing organization for which N2N is a member of. 

He now manages N2N’s fourteen rental communities (149 apartments) located throughout Fort Collins and Loveland.  He is responsible for marketing available units, supervising maintenance & leasing staff, and ensuring compliance with leasing restrictions for each unit based on HUD, CDOH, cfha, CDBG and/or other grant guidelines.  His duties include promoting harmonious relations among tenants.  Anthony has moved N2N’s complexes to communities where neighbors can take ownership for their homes, neighbors and community at large.  He firmly believes in the saying that you can give a person a fish and feed them for a day or you can teach a person to fish and feed them for a lifetime.
