Jan joined Neighbor to Neighbor in April, 2007.  Jan passed the CPA exam in 1995 and has over 30 years of Accounting and Financial experience in Non-Profit, Government, Banking and Corporate Accounting.  Jan has been in Fort Collins, CO. for 8 years.  Jan oversees all financial functions at Neighbor to Neighbor, including the management of over $9 Million in assets, multiple layers of funding support, federal housing assistance payments, Section 8 administration, and strategic financial planning.  Jan possesses knowledge in Asset Management, Property Management, and has volunteered for several Non-Profit organizations including the Food Bank for Larimer County. 

Jan heard about the great work Neighbor to Neighbor does from a personal relationship with a co-worker that was helped by the services Neighbor to Neighbor provided by keeping a single Mom with 3 children from becoming homeless.
