Ms. Crawmer joined the staff in April 2005 as Asset Manager.  Julia’s responsibilities include overseeing the investment performance of Neighbor to Neighbor's affordable housing portfolio, including the management of a capital improvement plan and rehab projects for N2N's 149 units in 14 properties.  A native of Fort Collins, she holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Colorado State University.  Ms. Crawmer has 15 years of experience in commercial/investment real estate brokerage. In 2006, she received certification as a Housing Development Finance Professional (HDFP) from the National Development Council (NDC).  Her professional affiliations include the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors (NCCAR), the Colorado and National Association of Realtors (CAR and NAR), the Colorado/Wyoming Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM), and the Commercial Real Estate Women of Northern Colorado (CREW).
