A native of Colorado, Leonard has over 20 years experience in both multi-family and commercial Property Management and Maintenance.  Leonard began his career in Maintenance in 1980 at the Ramblewood Apartments in Fort Collins, followed by a Property Management position for Old Town Square.  Before joining Neighbor to Neighbor in 2006, Leonard oversaw the Argyle Apartments, a $25 million property consisting of 280 units, as their Maintenance Supervisor for a period of nine years.  As Maintenance Supervisor for Neighbor to Neighbor, Leonard is responsible for 149 units within 14 affordable housing communities throughout Fort Collins and Loveland.
