Who We Are | Marty DeGrofft, Office Manager & Section 8 Coordinator
Marty joined the property management staff in September 2004 with many years of previous office experience including a broad knowledge of the construction industry. As the Office Manager, her responsibilities include the day to day office environment and function. As the Section 8 Coordinator, she tracks clients from the application process all the way through to move in adhering to HUD guidelines, entering all new resident info into the property tracking system and processing work orders and certifications. Marty earned a B. A. in Education from Eastern Oregon State College.
