Tracy joined the N2N team in 2002, bringing 8 years of experience in the for-profit sector where she specialized in marketing, administration and multimedia project management.  At Neighbor to Neighbor, Tracy is responsible for researching and writing government, foundation and corporate grant proposals, overseeing grant reporting and compliance, managing donor relations, creating marketing materials and supervising events and outreach efforts.  Tracy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton College.
