Last year, N2N counseled 79 households facing foreclosure, 69 of which avoided foreclosure.

 
 
Who We Are  |  Wendie Robinson, Executive Director
Wendie has 27 years of nonprofit leadership and management experience, working to address issues of poverty in Larimer County in areas including affordable housing, food and childcare.  Her experience working with low-income and marginalized client populations enhances her familiarity with the needs of Neighbor to Neighbor’s clients.  Wendie’s knowledge of the Larimer County community and experience with resource development help her guide Neighbor to Neighbor to achieve goals as set forth by the agency’s strategic plan.  Ms. Robinson reports to Neighbor to Neighbor’s board of directors, manages the agency’s $1.9 Million annual budget and $9 Million in assets including 149 affordable multi-family rental units.  In addition, she is responsible for oversight of Neighbor to Neighbor’s staff of 15 in two offices, including Neighbor to Neighbor’s Housing Opportunity Center in Fort Collins, which provides housing counseling and affordable housing property management services, and a satellite office for housing counseling in Loveland.
