Caleb joined N2N in June 2010, and he has lived in the Fort Collins area since 2005. Caleb grew up in southern Minnesota. Caleb works as a Home Ownership Counselor with N2N providing foreclosure prevention counseling, reverse mortgage counseling, and pre-purchase counseling for first-time homebuyers. Caleb earned a B.A. from North Park University on the north side of Chicago, IL. Previous employment for Caleb includes Heart Financial Services in Illinois which involved working with Bank of America and the loan modification process where he learned the lender side of loss mitigation. Caleb has received training for foreclosure prevention counseling from Neighbor Works America, Bank of America, GMAC, and JPMorgan Chase.  Caleb also is certified in reverse mortgage counseling for home equity conversion mortgages.
