Who We Are  |   Staff  |  Kirby Mann, Maintenance Technician
Born to a close knit family in a small Colorado town, Kirby has always led a very full and productive life. Throughout his childhood, Kirby constantly excelled in the property maintenance field, some even called him the maintenance prodigy child. After high school, Kirby had been left in a predicament; he wanted both a career in the property maintenance profession and a career in the criminal justice field. This predicament was easily solved when Kirby enrolled in the criminal justice program at Metro State College and took a job as a groundskeeper at a luxury apartment complex. Throughout college, Kirby held many positions at multiple Luxurious apartments throughout the Denver area, but this wasn’t enough for him, he wanted more in his life. This is when Kirby left Denver and set out to find a job in a more troubled community. A community where he would have no down time, things needing to be fixed at all times. It was a long and treacherous search and it wasn’t until April of 2008 that Kirby’s dreams had been answered. He had accepted the position of Maintenance Technician at the Coachlight Plaza Apartments which was operated by Neighbor to Neighbor. Somewhat of a rookie in his field, Kirby has been learning lots from his coworkers and supervisors. You can now see his smiling face 5 days a week at any of Neighbor to Neighbors 12 properties.
