How to Complete Your Application

Checking the Status of Your Application

You can check the status of your application by logging into your account.

  • “Pending” means there are a few steps in your application you still need to complete.
  • “Active” means you have completed your application and a housing counselor will be in touch with you as soon as possible. You should be contacted within 3–5 business days.
