Please review the information below, and then fill out the online application for assistance when you’re ready. Once we receive your online application, a housing counselor will be in touch to continue the process. We appreciate your patience as our counselors work to serve each client individually.
This application process applies to existing rentals. If you are looking for assistance for a new rental, visit our First Month’s Rent Assistance page.
Please have the following items ready:
- Photo ID
- Current lease agreement
- One month’s worth most recent pay stubs, or your most recent income verification statement
- In Section C, please include yourself as a household member

Reapply for Rent Assistance
If you were previously assisted by N2N and need additional rent assistance, do NOT complete another application. Reach out to your previous Housing Assistance Coordinator and they will walk you through next steps. If you do not have their contact information, call 970-829-0296 and leave a voicemail stating that you would like to reapply. One of our Client Coordinators will get back to you with next steps.
NON-COVID Rent Assistance
If you are needing rent assistance due to circumstances not related to COVID-19 , please call our Rent Assistance hotline at 970-829-0296. Leave a voicemail with your name and number and one of our Client Service Coordinators will get back to you to start your application.
