  • Fort Collins:
    • 49 households assisted, $31,548 distributed.
    • Fort Collins May estimate: $105,000 to 155 households
    • Average  Area Median Income: 19% – Ave. age: 37
    • Mobile home residents: 61% no, 20% yes, 19% no response
  • Loveland:
    • 19 households assisted, $12,141 distributed.
    • Loveland May estimate: $35,000 to 52 households.
    • Average Area Median Income: 19% – Ave. age: 37
    • Mobile home residents: 51% no, 37% yes, 12% no response
  • April N2N Eviction Prevention Assistance:
    • 301 Households requested rent assistance.
    • 192 Households received rent assistance
    • Total distributed: $130,023 (584% increase)
    • Fort Collins: 136 households received assistance, total: $91,506
    • Loveland: 44 households received assistance, total: $29,567
    • Average assistance = $675/household ($750 max per household)
    • 20 undocumented households received assistance.
    • Average Area Median Income: 19%, Ave. age of applicant: 37
    • Language: 10% do not speak English, 90% speak English
    • Mobile home residents: 79% no, 8% yes, 13% no response

Snapshot of client experiences:
– Client’s restaurant closed due to pandemic. Working through Genesis Project to apply for assistance.
– Client worked as cleaner, at a restaurant, and at CSU. Due to pandemic has not worked for 2 months.
– Client’s husband was working in installation, he was laid off due to pandemic.
– Client’s husband was deported 1 month ago. She now has one income, works at McDonalds.
– Client’s daughter lost job due to pandemic. Client is awaiting disability.
– Client was working cleaning houses and has lost all clientele due to COVID.
