Our Housing Solutions Team helps end and prevent homelessness by providing emergency assistance and stability resources to individuals and families facing an unexpected financial challenge. Services include rent and utility assistance, fresh start move-in assistance, housing search assistance, and financial coaching.

N2N’s Homeownership Program helps motivated individuals prepare for the homebuying process and assists current homeowners in their efforts to maintain housing stability following a financial challenge. Our Property Team manages and maintains N2N’s 132 affordable housing apartments throughout Larimer County to ensure residents have safe, stable, and well-functioning homes. They collaborate with community resources to support residents in maintaining housing and achieving financial stability. They also help foster an inclusive community with educational and recreational events and by connecting residents to essential resources.
