Kelly Evans
Executive Director

“Home is where my family helps one another grow and be the best we can be.”

Executive Director of Neighbor to Neighbor since 2012, Kelly Evans is a licensed social worker with over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience. She is driven by work which improves access to opportunities so people can achieve their full potential. In 2018, she completed Neighborworks America’s Achieving Excellence executive education program. Since joining N2N, Kelly has worked with the board and staff towards the sustainable expansion of both staffing levels and wages. She led N2N through a successful merger with a local nonprofit organization and the acquisition of nine affordable units for individuals with disabilities who formerly experienced homelessness. She also oversaw the rapid expansion of emergency rent and housing stability services to meet the growing community needs due to the economic impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic. More recently, Kelly led the agency through an intensively planned renovation project to ensure N2N’s affordable apartment homes remain safe, healthy, and comfortable – for decades to come. This project also included an expansion of N2N’s Community Building, now known as the Housing Hub, providing new and dynamic spaces that allow for greater engagement with clients, supporters, and partners.

We work so everyone can have opportunity and access to stable housing, because home is the foundation for success.
