Eligibility Guidelines for Affordable Units

All Neighbor to Neighbor properties and units have different income requirements. Household income is the combined gross income of all household members 18 years and older. Use the link below to find your 2024 Area Median Income Limits by household size.

Neighbor to Neighbor does not maintain a waitlist for our affordable units. Available units are posted online when they become available and are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. When applying for a unit, check the posting and income guidelines to be sure your household qualifies.

N2N is not accepting applications for affordable units, as there are no current vacancies.

Rent amounts and income limits may vary slightly based on the funding source used at each of the N2N Properties.
