On October 22nd, Neighbor to Neighbor (N2N) will host its fourth annual Loveland Morning Meet & Eat Housing Discussion, welcoming anyone interested in learning more about housing issues and solutions in our community. This free event is an opportunity to learn, engage, and explore ways to become more informed and active in the future of housing in our community

We are pleased to welcome Lexi Valenti, Housing Liaison with the Larimer County Office of Housing Stability, for our morning discussion. The Housing Stability Office works to address the area’s top housing needs through regional coordination and expansion of housing resources. Lexi will provide data and insight into the factors shaping our region’s housing landscape, and key county initiatives underway and on the horizon.

N2N Executive Director Kelly Evans will discuss the challenges of preserving housing affordability in our region and the role community members can play in advancing local solutions.  She will share perspectives on the current housing landscape, opportunities for engagement, and what it will take to ensure more neighbors have access to stable, affordable housing. Breakfast and beverages will be provided, and time will be reserved for questions and discussion.
