Refund Colorado
ReFUND CO highlights an easy way to support our mission
If you get a state income tax refund in 2020, you will have a new opportunity to donate some or all of it to support our ongoing work in the community.
The new program described by the ReFUND CO initiative puts you in charge of where your donation goes. It’s as simple as 1,2,3:
1.      Decide how much of your refund to donate.
2.      Enter Neighbor to Neighbor and our registration number 20033002965 in the Donate to a Colorado Nonprofit Fund line on your state income tax return or tax software – or just give this info to your tax preparer when you share your tax documents.
3.      Smile knowing you’ve helped a cause that matters to you
With this new program, you can re-energize our important work for another year.
Learn more about this program at RefundWhatMatters.org.
As always, we’re grateful for your support and hope you’ll consider donating again through this new program to maintain our mission.
Please join us Thursday, February 20th, 2020 for an Open House and Happy Hour!
As our way of showing our appreciation to you, our supporters, we want to welcome you into our office to show you the impact you’ve made. We’ll have tours, testimonials, a recap of 2019, and a look ahead for 2020 – all in a casual, open house style format!
Beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks will be available, as well as some light appetizers.
Please email Brooke at bcunningham@n2n.org to let us know if you’re able to join us!
Can’t make it to the Happy Hour but still want to hear all the good info, just email Brooke to set up a meeting!
Hope to see you there:

January Impact Update
Because of your continued support, Neighbor to Neighbor helped many families gain housing stability in January.
  • $22,982 was distributed this month for Emergency Rent Assistance, keeping 63 families housed.
  • 15 families received help finding a rental that worked with their budget through our Housing Search Assistance Program.
  • Our 132 units provided a safe and affordable place for local families to call home.
  • We educated 73 future homeowners in the last month through our Homebuyer Education Classes.
We are so thankful to be a part of a community full of supporters like you! Thank you for all you do to help.
“I recently lost my job and Neighbor to Neighbor helped me get the funds I needed to get back on track with rent. My wife and I had recently had a new baby, so it was crucial that we were able to stay in our home. Within a month I had found a new job, but the lapse in work costed us more than we could afford. Thank you N2N for being there in our time of need.”
