Event Recap:

When great people gather, good things happen! Thanks to all who participated in the N2N Loveland Advisory Board housing discussion On May 11th. Special thanks to The Group Real Estate President Brandon Wells for an eye opening presentation on local housing market trends. We appreciate the support from all our community members in attendance, including Mayor Jacki Marsh and City Council members Steve Olsen and Jon Mallo.

For 25 years, Neighbor to Neighbor has been keeping families housed in Loveland. On May 11th, the N2N Advisory Board is hosting a breakfast to connect current supporters with Loveland professionals and community members who want to learn more about N2N’s role and available resources in the Loveland housing market. This is a great opportunity to meet with like-minded professionals and members working in housing services or the housing market.

The Group Real Estate President Brandon Wells is joining us to share insight into Loveland’s housing market trends and projections. And Neighbor to Neighbor’s Executive Director Kelly Evans will offer insights into the challenges of maintaining affordability in our area and how to get involved. Time is reserved for discussion as well as networking.

Neighbor to Neighbor’s Loveland Advisory Board is comprised of volunteer ambassadors living or working in Loveland who oversee N2N’s Loveland housing stability operations and serve to increase awareness and support of N2N within the community. N2N impacts over 2,500 Loveland residents annually with homelessness and eviction prevention, affordable apartment homes and homeownership education and support.
