Last year, N2N began an intensively planned renovation project to ensure our affordable apartment homes remain safe, healthy, and comfortable – for decades to come. We also doubled the size of our Housing Hub Community Building, providing new and dynamic spaces that will allow for greater engagement with clients, supporters, and partners. By investing in much-needed repairs and improvements now, we are expanding our capacity to directly serve our community while continuing to provide affordable homes to local families.
Grand Opening remarks will be made from 5:15-6PM, with brief walking tours of our new space offered before and after. An assortment of light bites, beer, wine, and seltzers will be made available in our Community Kitchen.
Resident Laundry & Lounge
Providing a safe and serene environment for residents to pass the time while doing their laundry, as well as a comfortable space for residents to meet.
Community Kitchen
From shared lunch meetings to celebrations and community events, the Community Kitchen is a welcoming gathering space where nourishment and collaboration meet.
Housing Hub Reception Area
Calm colors, warm woods and a friendly face welcome visitors at the Reception Area. Trained community volunteers greet guests here to provide information, assist with paperwork and direct clients to appointments.
