The autumn weather was the perfect backdrop for the N2N Fall Fest & Family Photo Event at the N2N Housing Hub & Community Building on October 17th. An increasingly popular tradition, nearly 40 resident households attended this year’s festivities. Residents and families spent the afternoon catching up with their neighbors while enjoying pumpkin painting, food and beverages, and the opportunity to have professional family photos taken.
“The sense of community-building was incredible, as more residents came together from all of our N2N communities this year,” shared N2N Community Development Coordinator Sydney Fulcher. “It was especially meaningful to witness the kids as they made new friends, helped each other paint pumpkins, and even pitched in to help clean up – special thanks to our two tiny volunteers!”
N2N is very grateful to our long-time friend and supporter, Whitney Cranshaw, for once again providing a bumper crop of beautiful (and quirky!) gourds through his partnership with CSU.
We wish to thank the Fort Collins Digital Photography Club for lending their time and talents to take photos. This is a treasured treat that is greatly appreciated by residents and their families.
We also want to extend our gratitude to Colleen Bannon from The City of Fort Collins Utilities Affordability Program for sharing helpful information with residents about the upcoming Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) season.
