    • $60,750 more expected to be distributed to 90 April pending households.
    • Estimates: CARE (25) $16,875; Housing Catalyst (35) $23,625, Loveland Housing Authority (20) $13,500, Neighbor to Neighbor residents (10) $6,750 = $60,750.
    • Total April rent assistance estimate: $146,474 to 223 households.
      • Estimated distribution: Fort Collins = 66%, Loveland = 27%, Other = 7%
      • Fort Collins estimate: $97,000 to 145 households; Loveland estimate: $39,500 to 60 households.
  • May Anticipated Need:
    • May rent assistance demand expected to be higher than April: $190,000 estimated to 280 households.
