Neighbor to Neighbor is essential to the housing infrastructure of Northern Colorado. In addition to emergency assistance services, N2N manages 132 low-income affordable apartment homes, providing stability to those most vulnerable in our community, including single-parent households, older adults on fixed incomes, and individuals with disabilities.
N2N Apartment Home Renovation Project
In 2022, N2N began an intensively planned renovation project to ensure our affordable apartment homes remain safe, healthy, and comfortable – for decades to come. This project includes 85% of N2N’s total housing inventory, with 68 Section 8 apartments and 44 additional apartments in Larimer County.

N2N Housing Hub Community Building Project
N2N also doubled the size of our Housing Hub Community Building, providing new and dynamic spaces that allow for greater engagement with residents, clients, supporters, and partners. By investing in much-needed repairs and improvements now, we are expanding our capacity to directly serve our community while continuing to provide affordable homes to local families.
Resident Laundry & Lounge: A safe and serene environment for residents to meet and pass the time while doing their laundry.
Community Kitchen: A welcoming gathering space where nourishment and collaboration meet.
Community Meeting & Training Space: A bright, multi-purpose room providing ample space for community learning opportunities, resident events, and community celebrations.
Office & Counseling Spaces: A mixture of open areas for collaboration and private rooms for counseling needs.
