
If you are struggling to keep up with your utility bills, Neighbor to Neighbor may be able to assist. If you are behind on utilities but not rent, you are still eligible to apply.
You may be eligible to receive N2N Utility Assistance once per year per utility provider, subject to funding availability and program approval. (ex. If you received utility assistance for Utility Provider X in October 2025, you are not eligible for help with Utility Provider X until after October 2026).
Utility Assistance Programs:
Each month, N2N has limited utility assistance funding for the providers listed below. It is likely that designated funding for a specific provider will not be sufficient to meet the demand each month. To inquire if assistance is currently available, customers of the following utility providers who need assistance with a past-due utility bill may call N2N during business hours or leave a message on N2N’s Assistance Line (see contact information below).
