Preventing homelessness improves housing stability and economic security for our community. That is why N2N is working hard to prevent evictions and displacement. Our housing counselors will help you develop a plan to overcome your immediate housing crisis and continue your journey toward housing stability.
Getting Started
N2N is partnering with the State of Colorado to offer emergency rent assistance for Colorado households that have fallen behind on their rent, meet income limits and other qualifying factors, and are at risk of eviction or displacement. Pre-applications may only be submitted from 9AM on the 15th day of the month through 5PM on the 20th day of the month. Applicants who qualify for the program will then be entered into a random selection process, with those at most risk of eviction being prioritized. All applicants will be notified via email whether or not they are invited to proceed with a full application.
If you have a written court summons, or have already appeared in court with your landlord, please email [email protected] with the following documents:
- Court summons/eviction notice
- ID
- Copy of your lease
- Income verification for the previous month for all household members 18 years and older.

- If you do not meet all of the initial requirements for emergency rent assistance at this time, we encourage you to review our Community Resources Packet and our Community Resources Page for additional resources, including legal resources and referrals, that may be helpful at this time. - If you cannot complete the web form or have a question, please call our Rent Assistance Line at (970) 829-0296, select option 3, and leave a message with your contact information and a brief explanation of your situation. Someone will return your call, typically within five business days.
