While our affordable living communities in Fort Collins and Loveland are fully occupied — providing homes for more than 300 of our neighbors — we offer a variety of additional programs, including Rent Assistance, Utility Assistance, HomeShare and Homebuyer Education.

Our community’s need for Neighbor to Neighbor continues to rise, and we need your support. N2N secures stable housing and provides housing opportunities to over 10,000 people in Larimer County each year. We prevented 832 evictions, 1,086 foreclosures, and educated 1,133 interested homebuyers in 2023. Please join us as we build a strong community, neighbor to neighbor.
